Measures 4-3/4x4-1/2x3 inches.
An historic specimen from the collection of E. Mitchell Gunnel. Gunnel purchased it in 1946 and that makes it one of the few identifiable, surviving specimens from the original pocket which was found in 1946. Gunnel called this specimen “A most superb and rare item” and he paid $17.50 for it in 1946, a really significant sum for the time. Gunnel and Western Minerals labels (plus note) survive.

Price $7,500.
